It Is A Nice Day For A Drive

John and I are heading out of town today. We are off to visit our two grandsons. I must stop at the grocery store and try to find some corn on the cob. Where does that come from? Isn't that just a little off topic? Yesterday, while talking to Ben, I asked him if I needed to bring anything, he told me that maybe I should bring some food. When I asked him what type of food that I should bring, he said that just a little corn on the cob would be nice. My grandma heart wants to find him some. He loves corn on the cob. He has already phoned this morning to tell the grandpa a joke. That is his latest thing, jokes that is. He is also into imitations. He is becoming a four year old Rich Little. He loves to make people laugh. He has learned that if he is caught in a little fib to turn it around and say he was just joking. Little scamp!

Well, I am off to pack a few things up. I won't bore you about that. I really don't have anything to write about today. Nusht...nada...nil.

Aw, that is so sweet. There is something about corn on the cob and kids that age. My daughter seems to love it too :) Hope you have a fabulous time with them.

I've never had corn on the cob in winter. Where does it come from? I am so used to getting it at the local stand in summer. I'll have to look next time I go to the supermarket.

They have the frozen variety, but it's not as good. It gets kind of watery when you cook it.

I wanted to email you, but I can't find your email address. It must be on my computer at home. How are you doing? Seems quiet lately. I'm finally catching up on things computer related while I'm in Maryland. Email me if you get a chance.
