Fog and Smog

The number five highway into Seattle is foggy this morning and could stay foggy all the way until noon. What fun! We are hanging out here until the morning rush hour is over. Is it ever over? I wonder. That highway is probably busy all day long.

Stares at wall for few moments.......

I can't think of much to write. We went out for a very nice supper then went and soaked in the hot tub.

Stare at lint on the rug.....

I am excited to see our new digs and get some groceries. I am glad that we don't have to stay in hotels after this. It will be nice to establish a routine. Anyway...that is all I can think about for now.

Glad you made it safe and sound. Yes the mountains can be very unpredictable this time of year. Ken and I have crossed that Coquihalla quite a few times and it can be very nasty!
We had lunch with David and Carolyn yesterday as he is heading your way tomorrow.
We are praying that everything goes good and look forward to seeing some pics too!

Yes, from Everett to Seattle is one of the nastiest parts of the whole commute thing that Seattle has going. Best travel times there are mid morning to early afternoon and night time.
It was so foggy on my street when I got home that I could barely see a foot in front of me.
Fog is good. Keeps it warm.

Oh so glad to hear you're getting there safely. Hotels do get old after awhile. Hang in there! My thoughts are with you.

I went to Seattle a few times while traveling with Ed on the semi. I don't remember any fog. I do remember constant rain and a lot of traffic. And waiting around for hours and hours to get unloaded.
