The Parole Board Is Insane
Let us work together to get the law changed here in Canada so that people like Harold Schmeltzer will never be allowed out of jail to hurt or kill another soul again and in order that the victims families can have the peace of knowing that. It is outrageous that he got parole. He will re offend. Life should be life. Please follow the link to Kimmieslaw and sign the petition.

I know what I would do with a monster like him, but I'm not going to put it in words here.

Well, if Sandy and Jientje can sign your Canadian petition, I guess I can, too. I don't know who this guy is, but it sounds like he needs to be kept away from other people.
That's one of the reasons I left Maryland and moved to Delaware
