Accupunture/trips/surgical insanity

Good Morning

Here I am in Dorkton instead of Lloydminster. We decided not to go to Lloyd and not to waste all that money there. We would much rather spend money to come here. John got a name for an accupuncturist in Saskatoon. He will try that guy next week. I hope it works out as good as Lloyd for him. The guy in Saskatoon has also been trained in China. A bunch of years ago everybody was excited (at the hospital) because they were going to train the anaethesiologists in accupunture and use that for some surgeries. They saw some films of them doing this in China. They do it all the time there. It didn't take off here because they had problems getting people to do it. Duh! Its too freaky. Think about it. John and I always wake up earlier than everybody else and sneak around. This always involves Tim Hortons. I hope I roll up a prize. I'm sooo excited. Here goes.......and.....Please play again......reessayez s.v.p......rats...
not even a lousey muffin......no plasma t.v.....no soup for me!

I am also very dissappointed in Tim's. They are ALWAYS telling to me play again. I don't want to play again. I just want my car and then I'll be on my way. Arrrrrggggg!!!!
I hope the accupuncture works for John. Maybe a trip to the island would make him feel better. I know it would make me feel better:)

I hope John is feeling better soon. I am not too sure how well I would do with acupuncture, since I hate needles.

Have a wonderful time in "Dork-ton."

Enjoy your trip to Dorkton. I'm sure thet a day or two with his little grandsons with be very theraputic for John. It's got to be better than being stuck full of needles.

Oh crap. Acupuncture? I would have to be getting pretty desperate in order to allow someone to shove hundreds of needles in me. Heck. No. Let's hope it works for him!

I think after, "what is it now, 3 months?" of pain, I would try almost anything. I am praying for you, John. I agree with Mitz. I think a trip to see Mike would go a long way to making you feel better. You could even bring your grandsons and their wonderful parents. That way you would have the best of both worlds.

Chris, I don't know if you go on here anymore. I imagine you don't, but if you do I want you to know that Ken and I are praying for you every day. I can't imagine what you are going through but I pray that God would wrap His loving arms around you and give you a strong sense of His presence. We are also praying for complete healing for John. I know that these words may sound trite but they are coming from the bottom of our hearts. We love you and our hearts are breaking. I just don't know what else to say but we are standing on those scriptures that were given to John and all the promises God has given us in His word. I will not accept anything less. Love you lots.
