I Don't Know What To Say.

I'm tied to a chair in Becky's basement in front of the computer until I produce a welcome to my new blog site. Welcome to my new blog site. It is subtitled "She Has Chakins" so not to let you down, as probably you were expecting to see at least one chicken: Here is a chicken. This Chicken is a new genetically altered pluckless model. If you are interested in learning more about this breed you can find out more at: "raisechickensinyourbasement.com"

Today Becky and I went shopping for a new swimming suit because I forgot mine at home. This was a very amusing exercise in almost futility of which I will not post any pictures even though I do now have a digital camera. My favorite disaster of a suit showed a lot of cleavage but gave the most unflattering exhibit of my girls as they just sort of flattened them out. I know I'm not quite as perky as I used to be but I'm sure it has got to be the fault of the design of the suit. The second place disaster of a suit award goes to...... yes.....drum roll......the two piece blousey top number with the cute shorts for bottoms and a very nice print that looks so tempting on the hanger. Not too bad on( until you move.) Everything would be fine if you could stand perfectly posed at all times. The minute you move an inch your belly hangs out. Third place goes to the suit that makes you look like a sausage.

Anyway next stop was the Coop grocery store to get some items. While at the baking section I spotted some of these weight watcher cakes worth only one point each! I bought two boxes because the swim suit fiasco was fresh in my mind. When I opened the box and got a look at my new find both Becky and I got the best laugh of the morning. I hope you find this as amusing as we did. By the way, on a scale of one to ten we give them a minus two. Nough said.

Oh man. I love how in the picture on the box that orange was so tiny. Where did they get that tiny orange? That's what I want to know. And then our real life, regular sized orange looks like it is giant beside those piddly little cakes with their pathetic strip of crusty icing...

Ha ha ha ha ha!

I love the Chakins. And you look so farmers wifey in your little chicken coop.

I to hate bathing suit shopping. I thought I bought a really good one at Sears. It was great as long as I stay dry. When it is wet the top rolls up and the little skirt thing hangs way down and is plastered to my legs. I just don't look down and pretend that I really don't look like a dork. Although I really don't go swimming very often.
I Wonder Why????

I still wear my "fat" bathing suit. It's a black one piece and is getting very baggy on the bottom, but instead of going through the torture of fitting on a bathing suit that is totally NOT meant to get wet, I just bought a pair of black shorts to wear over it. I don't care if I look dorky. The saggy butt is bad enough. I don't need to draw attention to it with a saggy butt bathing suit.

The new look is just great! Way to go Becky.

The cake thing is hillarious. I was also wondering why they put an orange and not a carrot on the box. Does it have an orange flavor? Is it to represent the color? Then why not a pumpkin?

By the way, the chocolate ones are great. Small but great.

I don"t know why they didn"t use a baby carrot on the picture. It still would have made the cake look bigger. They could not have used a average size carrot because it would make you laugh in the store. We really don't know what this cake tastes like except very artificial and fake and kind of gummy. The chocalate one are O.K. Did you notice the price? Maybe that is to help you not to eat them all at once. I sure know that I need all the help that I can get.

It tastes like cinnamon flavoured cardboard covered in an icing sugar paste. It was so dry it made me gag a little when I tried to swallow it. Sounds appetizing doesn't it?

Holy smokes, that picture made me laugh. I was also wondering, where the HECK did they find that miniature orange? Those little "cakes" were hardly the size of an orange slice. I love how the pictures on the box never look like what's inside.

Love the new blog. :D The purple is pretty.

What the hoink? I distinctly remember signing in as Becky when I posted my comments... Why are they showing up that Mom said them? Sigh.

Love the new blog. I was kinda wondering if your Mom would actually comment that many times.

I think all us ladies have the bathing suit dilemna (sp). I finally just gave up, and thought what the heck, buy the string bikini and who cares what anyone else says. (I wonder why all the beaches are vacant)
