I am starting a new plan tomorrow and back to my exercise routines. I am also going to try the one hour a day program I invented for myself a few months ago. It actually involves three hours, but it's one hour a day for each of three areas in my life that need improvement or motivation. (of which I've had none lately.)<br />I'm also going to join up with the January NaBloPoMo and blog daily. The theme is BEST. I think it's a fitting theme for the changes I am going to try to make. This is not about New Year's resolutions, it is about January starting a whole new year in which I hope to give myself the BEST of me. Good luck on your ventures and wish me luck on mine!
